In for MOT on our Honda Jazz .We always use this garage, as they give brilliant service and the staff are really nice and friendly.

Found my car via Autotrader, took it for a test drive, everything fine and a nice easy purchase. Only after I went to pick it up a couple of days later I realise the clutch is slipping and throwing up engine faults. Steve was great about it, took the car back and offered to drive me to the station. They fitted a new clutch and flywheel, kept me informed throughout the process and dropped the car off at my house (40 miles away!) a couple of days later. They couldn't do enough for me and I'm very grateful.Thank you Widnes MOT.

Been getting our cars tested here for many years and all testers and staff have been great. Current tester Chris tested my car today and happily spent time explaining a couple of advisories and another concern I had about my car. Having quite a lot of mechanical knowledge myself it was nice to be spoken to at that level instead of talked down to like a lot of places do! Will see you twice again next year!

Bought a lovely fiesta with great service from Katherine, easy to part ex my old car. After a week I had a problem with the breaks on the fiesta. I rang them and explained the problem, they were more than helpful in sorting it out. No quibble. Very happy customer.

Katherine went above and beyond to help fix my car I know it was an old one but that did not put her off as she knew how I love my car. march 19th 2022 just been to pick up the car I am so grateful for all Katherine did and the lads for working on my car. Great experience from start to finish. Really friendly and helpful staff who made me feel so comfortable buying my first car. They made sure the car was in a great condition for me to drive away in. Very reasonable prices too.

Bought a Nissan X trail from this dealer in April. All good but after I took delivery of the car noticed the rear window would not respond to the electronic controls. Called back to the garage twice over the next month and assured part was on order. Numerous phone calls I have been fobbed off telling me the same thing and I would be contacted when part arrived. Spoke to some guy called Jason at one point who assured me he was one of the directors and would make sure it got fixed. They don't respond to email either. Shame really as other than this car has been great. Please don't make promises you aren't going to keep as I now feel I have lied to and have lost trust therefore would not recommend

We had replied to the customer and his problem was resolved .... see his response after our message....Hi Gary, We did call you on the replacement switch and left a message to say it was available to be fitted. As we hadn't heard back from you for a good while we suspected it was no longer faulty or you didn't want to bother with the repair. If you call the branch I am sure we can arrange to get another for you and fit it for free. Regards Jason ................Reply from Gary ...I have edited this review. After some communication issues minor electronic fault fixed as promised and I am.very happy with the car I bought. They didn't need to fix after such a long time but when I got in touch there was no issues I would deal with this company again.

Coming to the end of a 6 month warranty,A couple of problems after 3 months we're sorted out by jason,very nice people to deal with,will definitely pay them a visit when I fancy a change.thanks you guys.
