We recently bought a nice Ford Kuga and it developed a fault. Being 140 miles away, the Widnes team told us to take it to a local garage that fixed the issue on their behalf. I can't fault the Widnes team who were absolutely brilliant throughout and we would definitely recommend them and would have no qualms about buying another car from them in the future, first class throughout!.

Found my car via Autotrader, took it for a test drive, everything fine and a nice easy purchase. Only after I went to pick it up a couple of days later I realise the clutch is slipping and throwing up engine faults. Steve was great about it, took the car back and offered to drive me to the station. They fitted a new clutch and flywheel, kept me informed throughout the process and dropped the car off at my house (40 miles away!) a couple of days later. They couldn't do enough for me and I'm very grateful.Thank you Widnes MOT.
